Yamanaka-bushi & Hot Spring Facility: Yamanakaza
Located in the heart of the Yamanaka Onsen district, Yamanakaza features an interior crafted by 1,500 Yamanaka lacquerware artisans. It is a tourism hub where you can experience the charms of Yamanaka Onsen, including the 1,300-year-old "Kiku no Yu" public bath, the "Yamanaka-bushi" folk song, and Japan's top-producing Yamanaka lacquerware.

8:30–22:00. 2nd & 4th Tuesdays: 8:30–17:30 (open if holiday, closed the following day). Winter (Dec 1–Mar 31): 8:30–20:00.
Price
"Yamanaka-bushi Shiki no Mai" performance: Sat/Sun/Holidays at 15:30 (approx. 40 min). Adults 700 JPY, Children 350 JPY, Groups (20+) 650 JPY. Ticket with Kiku no Yu bath entry: 1,000 JPY.
