Known as a famous spot for cherry blossoms, Rojo Park was built on the site of the San-no-maru (Third Bailey) of Komatsu Castle, the residence of Maeda Toshitsune of the Kaga Domain. The park features cultural facilities such as museums, a library, and a tea house. Designed as a strolling pond garden with waterfalls and hills, visitors can enjoy seasonal scenery ranging from cherry blossoms, wisteria, and azaleas to autumn leaves and winter "Yukitsuri" (snow ropes).
