Kutani Yaki Art Museum

Located near JR Daishoji Station in a corner of "Ko-Kutani no Mori Park," this museum is dedicated to Kutani ware. The exhibits are organized into three styles of overglaze painting known as Aote (blue/green), Iroe-Gosaide (five colors), and Akae-Kinrande (red and gold), showcasing the charm of Kutani ware with over 360 years of history. The museum also features a Digital Library where you can view high-resolution images of masterpieces from across the country, a Digital Gallery to learn about the history on large displays, the tea room "Sabou Kokutani," and a museum shop.
