MapLocated in Katsuyama, a major site for dinosaur fossils, this museum focuses on dinosaurs as well as geology and paleontology. The silver-domed exhibition hall is organized into three zones: “World of Dinosaurs,” “Science of the Earth,” and “History of Life.” In the vast 4,500 m² gallery, see 50 full dinosaur skeletons among thousands of specimens, large dioramas, and immersive videos. It is designed for enjoyable learning for children and adults, while offering academically rigorous exhibits that satisfy researchers as well.
