Located 5 minutes by car from Yamanaka Onsen, opposite the 'Kayano Great Cedar' (a Natural Monument estimated to be 2,300 years old). The shop's specialty 'Kusa Dango' (mugwort dumplings) was started in 1990 by local mothers to preserve the tradition of eating dumplings for good health during spring festivals. Made using only local mugwort and Kaga rice flour with no preservatives, these dumplings have a shelf life of just one day, offering a fresh, fragrant, soft, and rustic taste.
