Yamashiro Onsen has two public bathhouses: “Sōyu” and “Ko-Sōyu.” Sōyu was newly built on the former site of the Yoshinoya Ryokan and is widely used by locals. The high-quality hot spring water is not diluted. After your bath, the shop’s hot-spring egg soft-serve is highly recommended.
